50% Payment for editing is due at the time of service, prior to any work being done, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing signed by both parties. Paid in full is due on the date of delivery of services. There will be a 3% daily fee on the total amount due per day until paid in full. Text messages and emails are considered "Writing agreed upon" and " signatures are virtual by using this site and communicating through our email, social media, phone number, or any form of communication you agree that you are the person doing business with our company (AeroNautical Productions LLC) and abide and are clearly aware of our terms and conditions.  

You give permission to allow AeroNautical Productions LLC and or any of our 3rd party partners to use the finished or unfinished product in promotional advertising.


Aeronautical Productions LLC reserves the right to reschedule work if deemed too dangerous to fly because of bad weather.  Aeronautical Productions LLC will edit the video to provide the best product based on a creative discussion prior to the shoot. If the client wants to change the edit, an additional cost will be incurred for all revisions. Aeronautical Productions LLC is not responsible for any music or copywritten products, logos, trademarks or brands used in the editing process, it is the client's responsibility to get permission from whoever need be.

AeroNautical Productions and or its Owners or Partners are not liable for any damages caused by any equipment or acts of nature.


Arbitration. All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the state of Florida in which parties agree to arbitrate] or another location mutually agreeable to the parties. The arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any decision or award as a result of any such arbitration proceeding shall be in writing and shall provide an explanation for all conclusions of law and fact and shall include the assessment of costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees. Any such arbitration shall be conducted by an arbitrator experienced in [insert industry or legal experience required for arbitrator] and shall include a written record of the arbitration hearing. The parties reserve the right to object to any individual who shall be employed by or affiliated with a competing organization or entity. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.


Aeronautical Productions is located in Saint Petersburg, FL, but we can and will travel to any destination. Any travel over 5 miles may incur travel charges.  Doing any type of business with AeroNautical Productions LLC in the past, present or future means that you have read the above and agree to all terms and conditions explained here.
